Many of the women we work with have spent years holding it all together.

It may be anxiety that feels constantly present, relationship patterns that continue to repeat, or a sense that your body is still holding onto something your mind has tried to move past.

By the time they reach out, they have often spent a great deal of time trying to make sense of it on their own. They may have talked it through with people they trust or quietly continued pushing forward. Often, what they are longing for is not another strategy, but a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what they have been carrying.

I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling understood. I take time to get to know you and the experiences that have shaped you, listening for what may be underneath the words and paying attention to the ways your experiences may be showing up in both your mind and body.


At JKM Therapy & Wellness the relationship between you and your therapist is the foundation for healing. We value creating a supportive space where lasting change can unfold through genuine connection.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

A space to slow down, explore what has been feeling difficult, and better understand your experiences. Together, we make sense of the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be shaping the way you move through life.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR can help process experiences that may continue to feel emotionally or physically present. For those who have talked through things and still feel stuck, EMDR offers a different way of working with what the mind and body may still be holding.


COUPLES & FAMILY

Relationships can hold both closeness and complexity. This work creates space to better understand one another, strengthen communication, and explore the patterns that may unfolding within the relationship.

All sessions are virtual. We see clients throughout the state of California.

JKM Therapy & Wellness is a small, relational therapy practice that is continuing to grow. We are looking for pre-licensed clinicians who feel drawn to psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and body-aware work, and who value thoughtful supervision.

We believe supervision should feel collaborative, supportive, and invested in your development as a clinician. Our hope is to create a space where clinicians feel encouraged to grow, feel genuinely supported, and build a practice that feels aligned with who they are.
