Hi, I’m Jenny - Welcome! 

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), offering virtual therapy across the state of California for all ages. I have over a decade of experience working in a Montessori school setting, which shapes my work with children, adolescents, and families. I’m passionate about supporting women in healing from trauma and the ways our life experiences live in both the mind and body. Trauma often manifests as anxiety, stress, chronic pain or illness, and nervous system dysregulation, and can feel incredibly overwhelming to manage alone.

Human connection is deeply important, yet often feels out of reach. As a relational therapist, my work is centered around a genuine, collaborative connection with each individual I support. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we focus on regulating the nervous system, reconnecting with the body, and developing a deeper understanding of how past experiences influence present-day patterns and relationships. Much of my work supports those navigating panic attacks, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from self or others.

I believe therapy is a gift to yourself, and that we all deserve a compassionate and accepting space to be seen and heard.
