Hi, I’m Jenny - Welcome! 

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I believe therapy is for everyone which is why my approach is tailored to each individual client I work with. Everyone deserves a compassionate and accepting space to be seen and heard. I offer virtual therapy sessions for all ages, including couples and families. I provide support for a wide range of concerns, though my passion lies in helping women heal trauma and anxiety. I primarily work from a psychodynamic framework, while implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice. I also guide clients in somatic (relating to the body) and mindfulness-based therapy techniques to help ground back into the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect to oneself.

A personal note about me - I’m originally from the east coast. I love to spend time outside - traveling, camping, and going to the beach. I adore my dog, Leo, who you’ll likely see sleeping during sessions. I’m very dedicated to my work and I truly believe therapy is a gift to yourself.
