Hi, I’m Jenny - Welcome! 

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I believe therapy is for everyone which is why my approach is tailored to each individual client I work with. Everyone deserves a compassionate and accepting space to be seen and heard. I offer virtual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I provide support for a wide range of concerns and have over a decade of experience working with young children in a Montessori school setting. My passion lies in helping women heal from complex trauma, chronic illness and anxiety. As a relational therapist, I focus on building a genuine, secure connection with each client. I work from a psychodynamic perspective and integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice. I also guide clients in somatic (relating to the body) and mindfulness-based therapy techniques to help ground back into the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect to oneself.
