Hi, I’m JennyMae.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing virtual therapy throughout California. I have over a decade of experience working in Montessori education, which continues to shape my work with children, adolescents, and families and informs the way I think about growth, relationships, and development.

I am passionate about supporting women in healing from trauma and understanding the ways our experiences can continue to affect us long after they occur. These experiences can show up in many ways, including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, chronic stress, or a feeling of disconnection from ourselves or others.

My work is rooted in a relational and psychodynamic approach, integrating EMDR along with body-based and mindfulness practices. Together, we explore patterns that may be difficult to understand on your own while creating space to reconnect with yourself and move toward greater understanding and healing.

I understand how personal it can feel to begin therapy and how important it is to find someone who feels like the right fit. I offer a complimentary consultation as an opportunity to answer questions, connect, and explore whether working together feels supportive for you.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my dog Leo, who can often be spotted napping nearby during sessions, as well as camping and exploring the California coast.
